எது முக்கியமென்றால், எதை செய்கிறோம் என்பதல்ல. ஆனால், அதை முழு ஈடுபாட்டுடன் செய்கிறோமா என்பது தான்.
கேள்வி: என் அன்றாட வாழ்க்கை முக்கியமில்லாத ஒன்றாக கருதுகிறேன், அச்சமயம் வேறு ஏதாவது ஒன்றை செய்திருக்கலாமோ என தோன்றும்.
ஜே. கே: நீங்கள் சாப்பிடும்போது சாப்பிடுங்கள். நடக்கும்போது நடக்கசெய்யுங்கள். வேறு ஏதாவது செய்யலாமே என கருதாதீர்கள். நீங்கள் படிக்கும்பொழுது உங்கள் முழு கவனத்தையும் அதில் செலுத்துங்கள், அது ஒரு துப்பறியும் நாவலாக இருக்கலாம், மாத இதழாக இருக்கலாம், விவீலியமாக இருக்கலாம், அல்லது உங்கள் விருப்பமான எதோ ஒன்றாக இருக்கலாம். முழுமையான ஈடுபாடே முழுமையான செயலாகும், அப்போது வேறு ஒன்றை பற்றி சிந்திக்க வாய்ப்பில்லை.
